0 photos all has time tag
1 as year
2 will not upload photos already there (at koofr)
3 will not delete old photos at koofr
4 only upload newer photos
5 you delete at koofr (20240101.jpg) manually. Even though 20240101.jpg still exits at iphone, will NOT be uploaded. Becuase it is already upload once
