Q: how to show weather?
A: calendar - setting - general calendar - location: KaoHsiung ShinSin District
 empty location --> no weather (note: remember to set oC or oF, default is none)

Q: import csv into google calendar
A:
    Open Google Calendar
    calendars Settings 
    Click Import calendar between the "My calendars" and "Other Calendars"
    The file format is "ics" or "csv"
    Click Import.
