apply aws educate account steps
* https://aws.amazon.com - top header 2 find 'Solutions' - Education - AWS Educate (web site show as next)
* https://aws.amazon.com/education/awseducate/
* select 'Students' follow the step - step1 i am a student - Shih Chien University, ... school email is a MUST, 
* you recive 1st email from aws verify your email (school account) with 6 digits and select i am not a robot
* click ok and sent 
* you receive another email (2nd eamil from aws)
* wait for mail confirm 
* show students of my 2 replied email by aws
