step 1 add to config: sep19@mars% tail -n5 perl-apache-module.conf
step 2 go to /usr/local/www/apache24/perl/MyApache2 edit own pm to handle (handler) web request
step 3 href=http://mars.ifong.org/hjuly20 now can be added to html to test
