this work

cp into /usr/share/fonts/default/TTF
that's it!! go to browser

go to IE, now has chinese font...

For viewing Chinese characters in Firefox, Seamonkey etc, 
download wqy-bitmapfont-pcf-0.9.9-0.tar.gz from 
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/wqy/ and install to 
/usr/share/fonts.
